One more skin inspired by the skull graphic from the elite plates from the "Eye-O-Doom" skin.

Updated for TidyPlates v5

Added minimal plate for critters, etc. - can add to other skins if requested.

Correction for some weird 2 pixel jump in the artwork when the plates are toggled.

Got rid of Threat glow for critters - just a nice tiny healthbar and centered name!
